換版后的ISO 9001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與ISO 9001:2000相比并沒有引入任何新的要求，而是根據(jù)世界上170個(gè)國(guó)家約100萬個(gè)通過ISO 9001認(rèn)證的組織的8年實(shí)踐，更清晰、明確地解釋ISO 9001:2000的要求，并增強(qiáng)與ISO 14001:2004的相容性。
ISO 9001:2008 does not contain any new requirements, when compared to ISO 9001:2000. They have recognized that ISO 9001:2008 introduces no new requirements. ISO 9001:2008 only introduces clarifications to the existing requirements of ISO 9001:2000 based on eight years of experience of implementing the standard worldwide with about one million certificates issued in 170 countries to date. It also introduces changes intended to improve consistency with ISO14001:2004.
ISO 9001:2008的認(rèn)證并不是“升級(jí)”，目前已經(jīng)獲得ISO9001:2000認(rèn)證的企業(yè)所持有的證書，與那些已經(jīng)獲得ISO 9001:2008證書同樣有效。
Certification to ISO 9001:2008 is not an “upgrade”, and organizations that are certified to ISO 9001:2000 afforded the same status as those who have already received a new certificate to ISO 9001:2008.
ISO 9001:2008發(fā)布后一年（即2009年11月15日起），所有的發(fā)證審核（初次或續(xù)證審核）后都應(yīng)換發(fā)ISO 9001:2008的證書。在進(jìn)行年度跟蹤審核的時(shí)候，企業(yè)也可以申請(qǐng)換發(fā)ISO 9001:2008的證書。ISO 9001:2008發(fā)布后兩年，現(xiàn)有的所有ISO 9001:2000證書將自動(dòng)失效，即有效期至2010年11月14日。
One year after publication of ISO 9001:2008 all accredited certifications issued (new certifications or re-certifications) shall be to ISO 9001:2008. During the surveillance audit the valid certificate could be transferred to ISO 9001:2008 as well. Twenty four months after publication by ISO of ISO 9001:2008, any existing certification issued to ISO 9001:2000 shall not be valid.

However, to benefit from the changes, we suggest you get acquainted with the new version of the standard and the clarifications introduced. If, during your analysis of the clarifications you find there are differences from your current interpretation of ISO 9001:2000, then you should analyze the impact on your current documentation and make the necessary arrangements to update it. It is intended that the amendment of ISO 9001 will have minimal or no impacts on documentation.
